Kindly message the university and request that they should write a letter stating you have accommodation. I guess this will help

One does not need to go to the embassy for a visa, it is done online now

What about verification of certificates, I have all my stamp from ministry of education and foreign affairs , but I can’t find the letter itself.. Do you think I should get another one?

The 2600 is for operational cost
Quarantine is 2100 plus covid test 250
