Thanks dear for your reply, how pre medical check up will shorten my time, where I have to do it all over again once I arrive USM clinic ?
Btw I am coming from United Arab Emirates

No you can’t change the tourism visa to student pass while you are in Malaysia
You have to go out then come back using val

Keep faith in Allah and everything will be ok with as long your are following the right procedure
Nothing to worry about it

You have to apply for Val and renter Malaysia
Once you get your student pass and it’s sticker in your passport then you apply for them when you are in Malaysia

You can’t apply for them for val along with you
Firstly, apply for val for yourself .. land to Malaysia by yourself.. get the student pass then apply for them to catch up with you

Go to any photographer and take a new one and ask him to give you the soft copy of it with the same sizes required and ask him to email it to you
Also you can do that by yourself by right clicking to the pic, choose to edit it on paint program and then resize it as asked
