    @darren-b Dear officer:
    I am a student of UKM and going to transfer to UPM. I have came back to my country on the September. I want to know can I cancel my student visa online. Because I can not entry Malaysia due to the covid-19 and ukm let me contact emgs to ask if can cancel student visa online.Hope you can reply me.

      Hi Yang,

      If you have obtained your student pass, your institution would have to cancel/shorten your student pass along with cancelling your application.

    Till now no releases of a new procedure, travel authorization got rejected without a valid clear reason, no reply for more than 5 emails and even the hotline is closed.
    You keep saying we understand the international students’ situation but then no act to show how are you appreciating us!
