Hi everyone. People offered at UTM would you please tell are we supposed to create the Emgs account & apply for visa as UTM said in the offer letter or its their responsibility to apply ! Coz what I know universities apply not us but UTM said the student should apply. Confusing !

You have to apply by yourself once you receive the offer letter

Hi EMGS. I am a PhD candidate at UKM & was supposed to be in Malaysia by 12th Sep but my status has been 5% for payment clearance as it was foreign transfer till 7 September, then it suddenly became 0% as a new record and yesterday it became 5% again .My application was genuinely created on mid August & I payed on 30th August !
