Hi bro, i m from india,you can apply through osc malaysia visa application center and its branches are:
(1)DELHI
(2)MUMBAI
(3)CHENNAI
AND MAYBE (4)KOLKATA OR BANGALORE.
From where did you do it? I live in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and I hope that there are no area specifications or restrictions. I am confused if I can go anywhere or no, because nowhere specific is mentioned in my VAL.
I already tried doing it online but whenever I enter the Visa approval letter reference number it keeps saying that “it is not STUDENT VDR reference number!”. So, I will have to go to the Embassy.

The thing is I already asked one of those live chat guys, and he said that not everyone can apply online. It is based only on the discretion of the immigration department. So, I must apply via an Embassy.

No no bro..you don’t confused..you can apply it anywhere in india..i prefer to apply through osc delhi center..
