I sent to admission unit at UTM, they told me ” Yes, definitely!!That is the most likely GOOD thinking.

Yes that should be fine, but make sure you contact the registrations officers to register any courses or just inform them that you’ll be late.. it’s just better to keep them informed 🙂

So there is no problem of presenting a scanned copy of VAL to issue the SEV, even if the embassy didn’t receive the original one from the institution?
