Hi everyone. My VAL has finally been approved. It is at 38% now. Do i still have to wait until oct 15th for the new rule to apply to revieve my downloadable VAL, Or do i need to wait until the institute to courier my VAL to me View
I think you need to wait until it reach to 70% because it reached at 38% before 15 October. VAL which will be approved after 15 October will have a downloadable eVAL in their account which students can download and use for Visa purpose.
From what I understand, if your VAL is already approved then you don’t wait until 15th. You get the physical VAL – so wait for your Uni to send to you before you come to Malaysia
