My friend visa is been bending for more 15 days on 5% and he paid everything. With passport number LA13E5986. Please what shall we do?

  Please be advised that you have chosen Telegraphic Transfer Payment method, which means you should have uploaded the payment proof in “My Account” tab in your Education Malaysia profile. If you choose to pay the amount through your institution, then you have to request your institution to cancel this application and reapply with “Pay through Institution” as payment method. Thank you.
