Hi, my student pass expires in April 2023 and my passport expires in August 2023. I graduate in July 2023.
Will I be able to renew my student pass without issues? Or I have to get a new passport.

Definitely you have to get a new passport! A new sticker will only be issued if you have a valid passport for at least 18 months.
