Hi,
Please be informed that there is 3 types of payment method
1) credit card – student will be redirected to the payment gateway
2) Telegraphic transfer – payment can only be made in USD currecy
3) Pay through the institution – to be referred to the institution

I sent them the additional documents 3 times via email already but they still send email to alert me that my documents is pending. And my status is still orange. Thus, I don’t know they receive my additional documents or not.
I think your institute is responsible for sending the docs. That’s exactly what happened to me.
Thanks for your suggestions but some documents require me to send EMGS directly. But if my status is still pending after I send the require documents to them, I will contact to university for their help.
Don’t worry about it, they will update, those are automatic mails

It takes few days so dont worry, they need to verify authenticity of documents then they will update
