Please, I am a new PhD student. The acceptance letter from the university is valid until June 21st. Do I have to study online for the next semester, or can I wait for the study to be face to face at the university after next semester?

Mate, I’d advise you to start online. I strongly doubt that the government will allow foreigners in the country before November or December.

لو سمحتم،انا طالب جديد دكتوراه خطاب القبول بتاعى من الجامعه سارى حتى 21 يونيو القادم. هل يلزمنى ضرورى الاشتراك في الدراسه اون لاين للفصل الدراسى القادم او يمكننى الانتظار لحين ان تكون الدراسه وجها لوجه بالجامعه فى الفصل الدراسى بعد القادم؟

Please be informed that the Immigration Department is currently not processing VAL for students outside of Malaysia.
