Please, I am a new PhD student. The acceptance letter from the university is valid until June 21st. Do I have to study online for the next semester, or can I wait for the study to be face to face at the university after next semester?
For your information, I have a visa rate of 35 percent yellow because he requested clarification from the university whether the student is studying online also. They asked for clarification of the student’s location after the quarantine period.

  Mate, I’d advise you to start online. I strongly doubt that the government will allow foreigners in the country before November or December.
