Hi. My application is pending additional documents. I sent them to my institution but when I check it online still the documents are not recieved yet. I contacted the university; they told me they sent the documents. Why then it is still pending? Shall I contact emgs ?

  u can contact emgs but if ur uni is saying that they have sent the documents then u should just wait patiently
