Dear EMGS Officer!
I am studying at UiTM and my visa application process is finished anfld I got ikat.
Now I want to change my study program from one faculty to another faculty at the same University, so,
Does my visa changes? if so how much is the price for changing visa and do I need to leave Malaysia?.

Dear EMGS Officer.
My university requested an amendment in my VAL regarding my Passport Number because of my lost passport.
How long does it take to change the number in system and forward the request to emigration?
How can I get access to new or amended VAL?
Old Passport No. O2059076
New Passport No. P01368838
Country Afghanistan.

Dear EMGS Officer.
My passport, in which I got my VAL on 24 July 2018, was lost. Since I have to commence my lessons on september 1, I am given a new passport with new passport number( also my previous passport number qouted in my new passport).
Can I enter Malaysia Wwith my new passport number?

So far I know you can, brother. Coz, I also did face the almost same problem as you do now. I was given the offer letter on my previous passport, then I renewed my passport, and I applied for VAL using my new passport. I talked to emgs department about this, they replied me affirmatively as my previous passport number is mentioned in the new one.…[Read more]
