I think u consider accepted when u receive an offer letter. Also EMGS wont process application if u dont have any offer letter. Please contact the university to issue u offer letter at their earliest convenience.

Universotu has to submit the payments first only then the status will change. It takes 14 working days to the day EMGS received complete documents and payment. Could take longer if they need additional or corrections.
