Hello colleague. From previous experience seeing posts here, submitting the application to immigration takes around 3 working days. After it is submitted, there is no fixed timeline, usually seven working days, but it is completely at the discretion of the immigration department.

If you have eval you can travel anytime within 6 months of eval issuance, and no you don’t need university representative
