      This is all you will need for your SEV:
      * stamped bank statements (last 3 months) with stamped bank reference letter of your sponsor
      * clearance certificate from NDLEA (for all first time travelers and student visa)
      * admission letter from the university I.e offer letter
      * VISA approval letter from the Malaysia immigration department

      On the VFS VISA PROCESSING checklist, they said NDLEA certificates is waived for masters and phD students

      Also you will need your valid international passport, approved yellow fever certificate, confirmed returning air ticket
      Filled and signed visa application form

      You need foreign affairs to attest and sign your your educational certificates and some other documents… you will need someone to guide you for you not to be delayed

    I did already and got some details. However, someone mentioned something “police character” or so. Please what does that mean?
    Also, I saw 2000+9900 on the website. How do we pay the money?
    Similarly, do we have anything to do again at the Foreign Affairs Ministry after obtaining eligibility letter from the ministry of education?
