Activity

I am in the process of applying for a new student visa and the system is not letting me go through with my application. It gives me the error message “Cannot select Own Group Insurance. Please select another option”. 

However, the institution has already fixed the option to “Own Group Insurance” and it is read only, so I am unable to select another option.  Has anyone experienced this? Pls assist.
