I have contacted my faculty and they provided me with links for online orientation for my course.
So if you can’t be in Malaysia for next week, then I advise you to contact them too through UM help link (siswa portal).Best of luck.

You can ask them to provide online orientation through UM helpdesk-

Are you applying to university by someone or agent ? Cause I am pretty sure in APU the university applies for you the Visa you only pay around 2400 Rm to them and APU then send the required documents to EMGS
Yes that’s exactly what I did and they are saying they had applied but for reason it’s still in approval. But still shouldnt it show up on the EMGS website?
I have been asking him atleast for application number for a week but never actually sends it to me.
Right now September intake already started so maybe you should try the November intake if they can do anything about it

I advise you to call EMGS and your university and solve the issue.
I don’t think this person created an application as they assume, because if they did, it should show in tracking.
And please don’t believe anyone saying they will help you speed up the process. All are scammers.
