Hello emgs,
I had an issue where i couldnt apply for any travel authorization as i had applied for it earlier 4 months ago. I emailed emgs for almost 3 to 4 times and i see no reply. I just want to submit a request that my previous application to be removed so that i can apply for a new one. Please solve this issue quickly View

Been asking for this as well, i wonder if we should delete the prev one first or what idk
I just emailed my institution (my uni) they helped me sent an email to emgs asking them to remove my previous request and let me apply for a new one.
And did emgs help you with this issue already? Are you able to apply for a new one now? Cause they didnt even reply my email

Hi Joshi,
Kindly send us an email along with your passport number, requesting to close our previous application that was rejected. Once the application is closed, you can proceed to create a new application.
