I tried that but for my university, the accommodation declaration form asks for info about my student id , what cannot be obtained unless I get 35%
So you have to check about your uni
Thanks, and I guess all universities use the same form. Any idea how long roughly does it take to go from 15% to 35% plz
Each university has their own form
They say it takes 14 days if your documents are complete

Actually , I’m also going to attend upm and in their website there’s a section called declaration of accommodation which leads you to a form that you should fill with the required information
What I advise you to do, if you already have an address in malaysia. Submit the declaration form in the website and make sure to write the address in a same format mentioned. And once it reachs 35% message the visa department via WhatsApp+Email. To inform them that emgs is requesting declaration of accommodation and that you already submitted it to the university. And always followup until they reply. Any notification email you receive from emgs forward it to the visa department .
But as @omnia said the form requires the matric no. Which can be gotten after receiving the emgs approval
