My file has been at 32% for more than a month without any updates, and my course will start next mouth(21of August )so i have to have the val to travel as soon as possible.       Please note that the Immigration Department has resumed operations with a minimal headcount. Therefore, we kindly seek your understanding that applications will be processed accordingly. Rest assured, the institution will be notified if there are further requirements.
