Hi Aliyu,
The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.

Contact EMGS and university ASAP i think emgs close your application because it is impossible to achieve 100% without entering malaysia
Do I need to chop my visa approval from a malaysian embassy because in my country we don’t have one.
