VAL gets approved at 38%
You can download when it is at 70%. Check the application status page on a laptop, you will see the download button at 70%. It is not visible on phones and tabs.
Btw, which uni?

My VAL approved on 1st Aug. I have to be in Malaysia on 13th Aug. Still not able to download eVAL. Can you please find out what’s taking so long?

Same here, I also booked tkt for same date and my VAL was approved on 31st, dont know do I will be able to get e-visa before 13th

I think it should take 5-6 working days. I contacted an agent to get an accurate timeline and he said that once I have the VAL, I can get the SEV endorsement done in the abovementioned period. This is the ETA in India, might be the same or close in Bangladesh as well. Try to contact the Malaysian High Commision or Consulate in Bangladesh.
