I am Alquraishi Ali Salim Salman (passport no. A21441120). I have been waiting nearly two months for my passport, with my case stuck at 80%. Despite receiving multiple messages, I have not gotten any updates.

Please note that my flight is scheduled for October 5th, and I must return to my country due to an urgent matter. I kindly request immediate action on my case.
