Dear EMGS Support Team,
I recently applied and paid for a 3-year visa, but the eVAL issued is only valid for 12 months.
Could you kindly confirm if a refund is possible and guide me on the process?

  Please be informed that the decision to issue the visa duration is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order to check on this. You may provide your full name and Passport number in the email to enable an EMGS Officer to assist you further.
