Hello dear, I have canceled the visa on August 2021 and still awaiting for the visa fees refund. I already contacted the educational center that applied for my visa and they said it’s under process and normally takes 3 months but it’s been more than 4 months . Could you please assist me in this matter, thanks in advance.

Can you please help me speed up the process of my application with number #########. The process started 10 months ago and it still 35% I’ll really appreciate it if you can help me.
