My passport number is P00758056. My application status turned yellow at 15%. Should I send my health declaration form again. And if yes where do I send it?

I am Ali Abdukadir Ali, passport number: P00758056, EMGS reference number: E#########. I applied for VAL through EMGS. I wanted to pay via online by using a credit card (master card) but accidentally chose payment via institution. So is there a way of paying again online through credit card?

Kindly contact your institution and request them to reject your application. You are also required to send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and request to cancel the application. Once the application has been canceled, you will be notified and you may reapply with correct payment method. Thank you.

Actually my VAL %age stuck at 35 because of additional documents that immigration department needs from my institution.and additional document that immigration needs is health decleration form which i already sent to emgs.and didn’t sent to institute and i don’t know whom i should contact from my institute.can you please help me.
Strategically, I’ll advice you resend again and ensure you copy your institution on that same email.
