Emgs already received my additional documents on 27 January. I got emgs approval 16 January. Emgs received all documents and they already submitted to immigration for val approval. I knew it from their Gmail helpline.

But my emgs status no update. Still status pending for additional documents but they got my additional documents. And they submitted to immigration. My emgs should be 35% green but my emgs still 15% yellow.

Please help me . Suggest something

  What i did is email them constantly day and night to level up my case at the website.

  Bro, am i not wrong, there is no remark section under the status. So don’t worry. Everything is goes well, you just wait you will get an update soon. Yellow is not a problem. When you will get update your status will be green and you will get approval letter.
