I am really feeling bad and need my insurance card as soon as possible , now it is already more than one month and still waiting for it !!
Is there any problem with it please let me know because it usually takes only around one week as I know.

Based on our records, your institution has collected your I-kad. However, your insurance card is still in progress and your institution will be notified once it is ready for collection.

Kindly be advised that we are unable to change your photo as the student visa is already approved. Kindly note that the photo you have submitted is used for issuing the Ikad.
Please be informed that your iKad is ready for collection by the institution. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once the medical is ready.
