Your eVal would be available for download within 2-3 working days after approval by the immigration department.
how much time did it take for the student pass endorsement after you submitted your passport to the institution
Let’s say about 4 working days beginning from when EMGS received my passport from my institution. And total of about 8 working days inclusive of the time of submission to my institution and recipient by EMGS.

Kazeem, how are you? I got my eVAL approved and I’ve been able to download it so I’m going to apply for my SEV soon. However, I’m being delayed cus I’m yet to get my original offer letter sent to me and a friend who also goes to school at IIUM says the best thing is for him to help me collect it from the school and then send it to me through someone who is coming to Nigeria but he’s yet to find someone coming to Nigeria. Please, how did you go about yours brother?
Congratulations on the approval of your eVal. Well, as far as I know, you do not need to see anyone coming to Nigeria before you can get your offer letter. Your offer letter should be on your IIUM application portal where you can easily download and print. Plus, the offer letter is part of the requirement for the eVal application. So, I am surprised you do not have it by now. Well, if the application for admission on IIUM website was made on your behalf. Kindly ask the person to send you your logging details so that you can download and be able to print it. IIUM admission application process is strictly online for international student with no manual application. Lemme add that I do not know anyone in Malaysia nor IIUM from the beginning stage of my admission stage till when I got the offer, applied for eVal and SEV till I got to Malaysia/IIUM. Should I have any curiosity around that PERIOD, what I do is to mail IIUM. Kindly contact the person and let me know his/her response….. Masallam…
Oh! I printed the offer letter already and I have it. So I don’t necessarily need to have the ORIGINAL offer letter before I’m able to apply for the SEV. Thank you very much brother.
