Hi Akash,
Please take note that EMGS processes student visa applications only for institutions located in West Malaysia.
Since your university is located in East Malaysia, you will have to liaise with them directly pertaining to your application status.

Please note that EMGS is mandated to process visa applications for institutions located in West Malaysia.
Kindly liaise with your institution of choice for application process if they are located in Sabah or Sarawak, which is part of East Malaysia.

I got release letter from my previous university. On release letter mentioned that student want to continue their study at unikl we dont have any objection but i want to continue my study at university technology mara. My question is that i should get release letter again or not it is enough

Last year I got visa for my foundation engineering from april 2018 to april 2019 but my final term exam was end in the February 2019 after that instantly i came back to pakistan because my foundation study was completed.
