Hey. Im at 38% since 5th July. How long I shud wait till I receive VAL? And do I have to wait till college mails me? My orientation is on 9th July and Im gonna miss if I dont get VAL soon. View

Your val upload on emgs site either monday or tuesday and after download of val you apply for SEV then how can you reach malaysia on 9th july?
