If you applied by your institution then you have to pass them your photo and they upload it.

Same here Bruh, I’ve sent them like 3 photos, 2 done in photo booths yet they keep saying it’s not meeting the requirement.

How do you upload the new photograph? You send it through your uni?

Please be advised that if your application is an online application (created by student using emgs website), you may send the new photo to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. If your application was created by your institution, kindly send the photo to your institution. Thank you.

You should recive an email sais that they have recived the first correction document, so i guess the second notification is for the first one, but wait for the offices to answer your question correctly
