I have the same problem since 9/11/ 22 and am stuck with 5% and am waiting for updates I already paid , my intake is on 4th of jan and still no any change in my process .

Hey bro. Call the help line. There must be domething wrong with your case but they won’t warn you because they say logically the owner of the case has to care for his situation.
