it’s a private university thus expensive in comparison with public universities in Malaysia.
I cannot say that they are one of the best in CS.

Buddy UTM is good but not the best for CS.
When it comes computer science, I know:
(1) INTI International University & Colleges
(2) Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT)
(3) Multimedia University-
Apiit is apu , it’s the same university
