Dear sir
I am an Iraqi PhD student at UTM University. I entered Malaysia last month and got a residence sticker. I submitted my travel pass link last Wednesday for the purpose of obtaining permission for the family consisting of a husband and two children. All documents were attached and so far we have not received an answer from the site. Please how long does it take? It takes time for me to get an answer

  Seven days and I didn’t get an answer and I’m worried is there a way to find out the reason for the delay
