None can give you exam time frame to get your VAL as it depends on many factors. However, in most cases VAL is issued by the immigration department from 6 – 12 weeks.

Please be informed that the process of a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) take approximately 14 working from the day the application is invoiced which also depends on any additional documents or corrections required.
Kindly be informed that the approval of VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Have a nice day.
