The government did announced yesterday evening that a few states will be placed under Movement Control Order (MCO). We will revert back once we receive further updates.

Hi Yaser,
Information supplied to apply for travel authorization cannot be changed. However, fill in your current flight details when applying for Entry Permit in your country Malaysian Mission. This was the procedure i followed (based on advise from EMGS) before travelling down to Malaysia in November 2020.-

Till now no releases of a new procedure, travel authorization got rejected without a valid clear reason, no reply for more than 5 emails and even the hotline is closed.
