You have to submit your documents and payment first. Once you have done that it should move up to 5%

If your progress wheel is green then it’s normal, if its yellow then you should contact your institution and let them know the issue.

Yea bro, mine took a while before it moved from 15% to 32%. It shouldn’t take more than 1.5-2 weeks I would say.

I gotta question for you all who got their VAL approved. How many days exactly did it take you to get your VAL approved (as in from 35% to 38%) it says 7-10 working days, but I wanted to see if anyone got theirs in a lesser amount of days. So let me know how many days it took you.
