@ahmed as per my knowledge and experience, no you don’t need evisa if your nationality doesn’t require. But please check with immigration to be on safe side

@Ahmed thanks for suggestions. I am a Phd student and some of these universities do not offer Phd programs. Rest are too expensive for me. I prefer to stick to public universities in Malaysia which have highest QS ranking among universities in Malaysia. Good luck for your studies!
