Hello EMGS,
I have applied for PhD in two faculties in UM and received admission offer from both.
I am interested in Business and Accountancy so I have applied for VAL with admission offer from Business and Accountancy.
Now I have two issues showing in my EMGS account.
1- Offer Letter does not match the course name on the IM14 form.
2- Submit Service Tax amounting RM69 to proceed with application.
Please guide me how to solve both issues to proceed my VAL application.
Also guide me how to pay service tax through credit card.
Also my semester is about to start in University of Malaya and I am struck at 15%.
Please help.
