Please guide me I am stuck on 15% from 12th September.

Dear EMGS Officer,
I have applied for VAL on 6th September.
Two issues were identified.
One is resolved another is still Open.
My University sent required documents to EMGS on 28th September.
From last 10 days I don’t receive any update about my application and it is stuck on 15%.
How much time more it will take.
Please guide me.

Hello EMGS,

I have applied for PhD in two faculties in UM and received admission offer from both.

I am interested in Business and Accountancy so I have applied for VAL with admission offer from Business and Accountancy. 

Now I have two issues showing in my EMGS account.

1- Offer Letter does not match the course name on the IM14 form.
