yes, it can be done from inside malaysia. post medical means – medical after arrival. how can you do that without arriving in malaysia?? 🙁 🙁

this can only be done after you arrive in Malaysia and get the form from the IO office

Your process after 80% will start when you reach in Malaysia, As now Immigration department require your Presence and Medical report in Malaysia.
