yes, it can be done from inside malaysia. post medical means – medical after arrival. how can you do that without arriving in malaysia??

this can only be done after you arrive in Malaysia and get the form from the IO office

Your process after 80% will start when you reach in Malaysia, As now Immigration department require your Presence and Medical report in Malaysia.
