Did they ask you to create a new account or resubmit your photo. Normally when your photo is rejected they just ask you to resend it by email. Could you post their comment or email to you

No,not to pay,I faced same situation,my application was cancelled twice only bcoz of photo,3rd time accepted,u need to created a new application only

Had the same problem and sent them the new pic via email (I answered to the email that informed about the rejection of the photo) and they changed it for me
