Hello all,
My eval is approved and for now i must register for university via edaftar(for utm) but i can not complete it, because i do not have medical check up, so i think i am behind the schedule. What should i do can i travel to malaysia without registration of university?

  You have to arrive to malaysia first and do your medical checkup here (lookup EMGS for Medical Clinics. its available on their website)
  Then you can proceed to submit your info in the edaftar portal.

  Please note that you are required to refer to the institution to check if you can travel to Malaysia without the university registration
