Also, the EMGS Officers deserve a big kudos and credit in that regard because they make the application process simple and explicit for everyone by providing applicants with needed information as and when due.

So, I derive most of my knowledge from the answers to the queries from applicants provided by the EMGS Officers and I use that to assist other applicants with information needs that are within my knowledge bank. Especially when I am less busy during weekends, public holidays, or when the EMGS Officers are unavoidable unable to answer some applicants with urgent information needs. Probably due to their close of work for that particular day or vice versa.
