no, my eval will expires in Feb 2022, but I heard that eval won’t be extended in 2022, i want to know if it is true. Or can I apply for extending now?

Nobody knows or can ever predict what policies will be effective at the time your letter expires. For the time being, people with expired vals are applying for extensions.
