hi, just one question, i want to know if I can apply for extension favourably in 2022？Because my eval will expire in 2022. And i can’t leave when my eval is validity. I have to extend it. View
Nobody knows or can ever predict what policies will be effective at the time your letter expires. For the time being, people with expired vals are applying for extensions.
